Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details

 Customers must ensure accurate shipping details at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may result in delayed processing or cancellation. For detected address issues, we will email you within 3 business days. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, email hello@welleaze.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them after this time.

Delayed Delivery

 At Welleaze, we strive to ship orders promptly, but delivery may be delayed due to external factors. Courier partners may experience unexpected delays, such as severe weather or transportation disruptions. We will work with couriers to deliver your package as soon as possible and keep you informed of any issues.

Unforeseen circumstances, such as product availability or payment processing delays, may also affect shipment. We will notify you of any issues causing a delay.

Welleaze is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control. We will keep you updated on your order status and assist in resolving issues.

Lost or Stolen Packages

 If your package is lost or stolen, please contact hello@welleaze.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Most courier companies have a claims process for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up on the claim and provide updates.

Welleaze is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping and these fall outside of our refund policy. We will assist in resolving the issue and may offer a replacement, depending on the situation. If necessary, file a police report.
